Chinonso Eche the “àmazing Kid Eche” has done it again.

After achieving his first Guinness World Records title in November 2019 for most consecutive football (soccer) touches in one minute while balancing a football on the head with a remarkable 111 touches, Chinonso Eche (Nigeria) declared it wouldn’t be his last record.

Always pushing his boundaries and working hard to improve, Chinonso has stayed true to his word, breaking three new freestyle records: Fastest time to do 1,000 football touches while balancing a ball on the head:  7 min 46 secMost football headers in a prone position in one minute: 233Most football touches in a seated position while balancing a ball on the head in one minute: 197

The now 13-year-old freestyle star from Warri, Delta State, Nigeria has also gained a spot among the Young Achievers in the Guinness World Records 2022 book.

His skills even received international recognition from FIFA.

Chinonso decided to attempt his first record to “prove to the world that anything is possible when you believe”.

“I am very grateful to Guinness World Records for recognizing me. It inspires me to do more and never give up.” – Chinonso Eche

Without a doubt, after this new string of successes, his words ring out louder than ever.

“I’m very happy for the opportunity, and I feel very happy and proud of myself,” the young record holder says now, with three more records under his belt.

Chinonso can also count on the support of his family, who are proud of his accomplishments.

Although this young freestyle king was always passionate about soccer and has loved it for as long as he can remember, it was his father who first noticed Chinonso’s passion when he was around eight.

He understood Chinonso wasn’t just a child playing: he had a great talent waiting to be discovered.

After this realization he began nurturing his son’s abilities by taking him to play on a football field with other children and encouraging him to believe in himself.

However, his family members are not the only ones cheering in Chinonso’s corner.

His football coach, Chukwuebuka, too says that he is “very proud of Chinonso”, and of everything he has accomplished.

“It’s the dream of every football coach and every teacher to see his student wanting to do more and making progress, so I’m very proud of Chinonso. Having a Guinness World Records title holder from my academy is really something to be proud of.” – Chukwuebuka

He defines the young record holder not only as a great joy and inspiration for him as a football coach, but also for all the students in the Chukwuebuka Freestyle Entertainment Academy.

Always enthusiastic about reaching new goals, Chinonso trains indoors every day, morning and evening, with Chukwuebuka Freestyle Entertainment.

His favourite footballers include stars like Ronaldinho and Lionel Messi, who incorporate freestyle moves into their games.

And, just like them, we have no doubt that “Amazing Kid Eche” has a bright future ahead of him.

A future that, Chinonso says, might hold even more records!
