Montreal Impact striker Didier Drogba
Didier Drogba continued his incredible scoring form against Arsenal; finding the back of the net in a 2-1 pre-season defeat to the English Premier League outfit in San Jose.
Playing for the MLS All-Stars side against the Gunners, Drogba scored the opener, but it wasn’t enough as goals from Joel Campbell and Chuba Akpom sealed victory for Arsene Wenger’s troops.
The 38-year-old boasts an outstanding record against Arsenal, and has now scored 16 goals in 16 games against the North London club.
“I want to say I’m lucky, but when you score 16 goals against Arsenal, it’s not luck anymore,” said the Chelsea legend following the clash.
The Ivorian forward, who now plies his trade in the Major Soccer league (MLS), has netted 21 goals in 28 appearances for Montreal Impact
