Super Eagles youngster, Samuel Chukwueze was benched for the entire duration of the game after previously featured in Villarreal’s opening three league games of the campaign.

Awaziem played the entire duration of the match, but would have wished for a good result to mark his first game for the Mauricio Pellegrino’s team.

Akpom celebrates his goal for PAOK

Akpom opened scoring for PAOK in the 17th minute – his second goal of the season for the club.

Anderson Esiti was also in action for PAOK in the game. The midfielder was replaced by El Kaddouri in the 61st minute.
